Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or defective. Please return the item in its original packaging. Used or worn clothing will not be accepted for return.

Return window

Returns cannot be claimed after 7 days from the date of dispatch.

Courier handling

We do not take responsibility for mishandling done by the courier service during delivery.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Customized items

Customized items are eligible for return or refund only if they arrive faulty or defective.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Order cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing them are subject to a 6 percent cancellation fee.
